Sizing is a little weird
I saw reviews saying to go up at least a size. I should be xl so I chose XXL. I had to return and order the XL. The XL fits my back but rides up like it’s too small yet the straps for the shoulder supports have to be maxed out to provide enough support to keep my shoulders back. And as it’s stretching out as it breaks in I don’t feel like they are going to provide enough pull. But if I go down another size the back part will end up riding too high. I’m just going to stick with this and sew some extra Velcro on.I will say though that while the straps get very uncomfortable under your armpits, I have noticed that even with it off intend to stand up straighter. More so if I have had it on for a couple hours. The rest of the evening I don’t seem to hunch over like I was.So while it has some issues, it does work. Hence why I have it a 4 instead of a 3. That and there are so many body types. And trying to make a few sizes that covers all shapes and sizes is pretty challenging. I’m 6’3 and 185 pounds. If that helps anyone at all.

Well-made, it will help many with posture problems
I purchased this for the amount of pain. My back has been caused from a earlier injury. I was hoping this might have helped it didn’t, but I can’t blame the product. I have. I have an issue that I don’t think any belt would help multiple operations and has not improved so I am not putting this product down. I think if you’re having problems with your posture, this belt would definitely help unfortunately it didn’t help me.

Works well, smell … eh
Having used a posture corrector in the past, I wanted to get something that was more than just pulling my shoulders back. I wanted something to support me in addition to retraining my muscles.I liked how this product had metal brace support of sorts inside of it, adding to the durability.Putting it on was interesting. Deductive reasoning helped a bit, but the instructions included weren’t clear. I gotta say I liked how it wasn’t forcing my shoulders aggressively. It was very gentle. And honestly the compression from the lower thick belt around the mid waist gave so much relief in addition to helping me elongate my spine. I find myself reaching for it after long days at the dental clinic, where I’m hunch over most of the day with patients.The qualm I have is the smell.. it reeks of that tire smell. I haven’t tried washing it in a machine due to the fear of it becoming mangled and useless. However I would recommend handwashing with some Dawn dish soap. Something about it, was able to get the smell out.Overall you need a posture corrector, go for this

Eased my weak back.
Very good product. I am 72 years old and have aaa creaky back, I bought the posture corrector back brace as a precaution for back problems. My back would go out on me walking the dogs, on short walks and for no reason. Had a planned 10 day overseas vacation and was concern the back would go out easy. The product helped my posture and kept my back straight and supported the locations where the back pain was.I was pleasantly surprised how much support the thin brace provided. While I still had some pain, the product great helped to ease the pain during long walks, tour bus rides and multiple hours airplane trips. It is very lightweight. I wore undershirts to avoid possible skin irritations.I was very happy that I have the product and recommend it to others that have similar weak back problems. It helped me.

Impressive Results! BUY ONE!
This has been quite the journey! My husband and I noticed, how much is posture has changed in this last year. He gained some weight(20 to 30 pounds)🙄 . Anyway…I suggested that he try posture corrector. He did!!! I was surprised, he said the only size they had was a medium…or extra large. When I looked at it, it looked like it might fit ME, at 110 pounds!!!! He said he was trying on anyway, it appeared pretty stretchy. I said no, he said yes…he won. He got both of his arms through the holes, I couldn’t even close to closing the front! He was trapped! He couldn’t get his arms out of it, he was flapping his wings like a dodo bird, flying around the house. I asked him if he wanted me to call the neighbor for help, he said maybe…embarrassing situation here. I ask him maybe he could find something around the house to pry it off, he found a kitchen implement and did just that. He was very angry at this point, and said “I’m done with this!” If you want me to have one of these, you will have to buy it yourself! I did. I found this one on our store, I read the reviews, they seemed honest and sincere. I bought it, he tried it, it fits!! It gently holds his shoulders back he looks 10 pounds lighter, and 10 years younger!! It gives support, while not being so rigid, as to make him sore. It is lightweight, easy to put on. No complaints, buy one! I don’t know how long it will last, but when it dies, I will buy another one! Strongly recommend!!

Comfortable, easy to wear, helpful, good value, runs a little small
I liked this back brace better than I expected. I was doubtful about the utility of the front upper chest clip on strap; however, it is easy to attach/remove and it does improve the overall fit. I have a back brace quite similar to this one which is more cumbersome to put on/remove and which is hotter to wear, likely due to having shoulder straps, a wide waist belt, and 2 waist adjustment straps. This brace is cooler and less bulky. It is a reasonable price and I would have given it 5 stars except, in my opinion, it runs a little small. I am a 65 YO man, 6′ tall, and 134 lbs (thus tall and skinny). I purchased a medium and it fits okay. But a M in this brace is definitely smaller than size Ms I have in other braces. If in doubt, I recommend ordering 1 size larger.

The product is good, it does not only support mid/lower back, but also helps with posture correction. I did return mine, only because it is difficult to wear. To me it felt like wearing a back pack.
