Easy to swallow capsules with no smell or aftertaste
I wanted to try some L-Carnitine to help with energy during exercise and some added fat burning. I saw this product while searching on our store and ordered it. The capsules contain 500 mg each, and I decided to start with 1 capsule per day (the directions say to take 1 or 2 capsules per day). The capsules have no distinct smell or taste, and they go down easily with water, juice, or other beverage. Also, they are made in the USA, which I like because I can support USA businesses and I feel safer taking USA-made products. Finally, there are 60 capsules in the bottle, so at the current price point, they are about $0.47 each, which IMO is a good value.

Got this today? The pills are small, they smell normal and they’re easy to swallow. I read up L-Carnitins And I like what I read. So I decided to try it. Here’s hope in everything they said. Will work for me

Good for Exercise
L-Carnitine is an amino acid that (it is said) can help improve workout recovery times as well as help you to burn fat. The L Tartrate is there to help your body better absorb the L Carnitine, so a good combo. The BSYS 60 capsules arrived well packaged. The pills themselves are in the gelatin capsules and not hard pressed pills which I prefer. They are about the average size for a 500mg dose and not hard to swallow. There is no odor or aftertaste and at 1 per day you get a 2 month supply which is appealing. Supplements are hard to rate for effectiveness until you use them for a period of time so I typically judge on ingredients where and how made. The BSYS looks like a winner.

Works well
I was happy to find these. I actually take these because I work out and weight lift. This definitely helps. It also helps burn the fat but makes me motivated to move stronger and crushed my workouts and my waitlist thing every day, but I’ve been continuing to take these because it definitely makes a difference and it is definitely necessary in my mind to take these two gain stronger muscles and to have a healthier lifestyle, especially with regular exercise so this definitely helps. It goes hand in hand with exercise. It doesn’t cause any irritation or adverse effect to me and I’ve had no upset stomach. No issues are side effects at all. Those capsules you take and you get 60 days so it’s definitely worth the value to purchase it last long time and they’re not too big and just need to take one a day.

Multiple benefits – seems like a solid product
So far I’m happy with these capsules. The packaging is secure, plastic seal on the lid and a foil/paper seal under the lid, was fully intact. Difficult to really say if it is “working” for me. I understand it takes about 2 months of consistent use to see results and the results may vary by person and you may need to increase dosage for your desired results. It is supposed to help your body’s cells move fat from storage into the mitochondria to be used as fuel, therefore burning more fat. It’s also supposed to have cardiovascular benefits which have actually been proven in studies. So even if I’m not burning more fat, I’m glad to use it to help with my heart health.

Part of a Fitness Stack
I would warn that I didn’t see anything dramatic and though I’ve been taking these for a few weeks now, I think it takes many months of prolonged use to reap full benefits. That being said, I’ve been exercising and weightlifting with progressive overload for a couple months now and considered this a slight edge as part of my supplement stack. The pills were not unpleasant to take, medium size and no aftertaste and it’s possible they gave me a slight energy lift and increased burn rate of my visceral fat across the last few weeks as I did not skip any doses. No negative side effects!

First supplement that I’ve noticed marked effects.I’ve tried a lot of supplements over the years. They generally don’t make a noticeable impact to my physical or mental wellbeing. Well, I am glad I did!After taking this a few days, I noticed I had significant improvement in my energy levels- I was actually feeling up to “doing stuff”. I’m normally pretty inactive (chronically) but this supplement gave me the energy to go and finish my projects in the garage, take care be of normal chores around the house and be more productive at work.I’ve also lost about 8 pounds. I can’t say for certain if it’s a direct result of taking the supplement or if it’s an effect of being more active. Slight Increase In Energy
I have taken this supplement for over 2-weeks and have only noticed a slight increase in energy and endurance and no change in weight. I am a distance runner and the ingredients in this supplement tend to enhance my endurance, but I have not felt this yet with this supplement. The pills are small and odorless and tasteless. This is a decent value for a 60-day supply, this just wasn’t as effective as I had hoped.

Easy to take, no flavor capsules
This bottle is double safety sealed, a shrink wrap around the lid & then a paper one to tear off underneath.I find these easy to take, don not have a taste & have not noticed any digestive issues such as an upset stomach. As far as an energy boost, I do believe I have noticed this somewhat similar to when I have had a little too much coffee in the morning.As far as the other claimed benefits, I can’t really say I have noticed a difference in mind sharpness or improvement in my workouts. Comparted to others, the price is not overly expensive.

I usually take acetyl l-carnitine for the cognitive benefits, so this doesn’t replace that for me. I was surprised by how much cleaner the energy feels with this form. Low dose?
I have no idea if this works well or not (sorry!) but my hubby has been taking this kind of supplement so I ordered it. He was disappointed to see it was only 500mg, because he uses 1500 mg and prefers to take 1 pill vs. 3! So, just for the record, you might need more than 500. Otherwise, seems like a quality product and since it’s made in the US, I felt comfortable ordering it/taking it.
