Classic iHome Quality with a Hilarious First Try—Read the Quick Guide First!
I have been a fan of iHome products since first discovering them decades ago, and this wrist blood pressure monitor does not disappoint. Right out of the box, I was pleased to find it comes with a nice storage case and an actually adequate, usable charging cable—unlike so many other products that send you a useless 12-inch cord!The First Use (A Humorous Lesson):I decided to dive right in without looking at the instructions. I put it on wrong, then put it on wrong a second time. All the while, my wife was chirping at me that I was doing it wrong. I finally handed it over to her to show me how it’s done—and she put it on wrong too! We had a great laugh over it, and it all could have been easily avoided if we had just glanced at the included picto-instruction card first. Learn from our mistake: look at the quick guide!The Great Features:Once you actually have it on your wrist properly, this machine is fantastic:Digital Voice: It literally talks to you and reads out your results, which is incredibly convenient.Easy to Read: The LED backlit screen is bright, clear, and very easy to read.Intuitive Controls: The buttons are straightforward and simple to use.One Minor Suggestion for the Maker:My only real critique is the physical size of the instruction booklet. It is just a bit too large to fit inside the storage case with the monitor. I tried to muscle it in there, but the footprint of the book and the case are so close in size that you can’t even wrap or roll it around the device. Sadly, this manual is destined to get lost in our “drawer of lost manuals.” Making the booklet just a tad smaller to tuck into the case would make this package absolutely perfect.Bottom Line:This is a high-quality, easy-to-use, and highly functional blood pressure monitor from a brand I trust. Just make sure to look at the quick-start picture card before you strap it on! Highly recommended.

Convenient and easy to use blood pressure monitor
This blood pressure monitor is going to work overtime in our house. My husband battles high blood pressure and hates having to constantly pull out the big cuff to monitor where he’s at. This is a perfect option since it’s small and rechargeable for him to keep on his side table. It comes with a case to store it in too so its an easy grab and toss in my purse if we are going to be gone for a few days. We tested it and then rechecked the measurements against the cuff and the results were the same so I am convinced it’s accurate. I honestly don’t know if he will ever touch the cuff again. I really love that this one reads out the results to you and love that the voice is a calming female with an english accent. She’s so friendly too and wishes you farewell when you go to power it off. It’s the little touches that make me smile.

I picked up this wrist blood pressure monitor to keep in my work vehicle and monitor my blood pressure while on the road. Setup was simple, and the large display is easy to read even in low light conditions.The cuff fits comfortably and inflates quickly. Important tool for your health.
I was diagnosed with high blood pressure so my doctor wanted me to monitor often. I have a few BP monitors that I have been using but this one is my favorite. I like that you just put it on your wrist instead of the cumbersome arm band. The readout is large and easy to read and there is an annoying voice that fortunately you can turn off. You need to read the directions to use it correctly. There is an on/off switch and a built-in memory to store earlier readings. It is rechargeable so no need to change batteries. I’ve compared the readings to my other monitors and it appears to be accurate.

Great little BP monitor
Very easy to use. Pretty good size cuff, it even fit my large wrists. I like that it is rechargeable instead of having to put batteries into it. Very convenient, Comes with a hard plastic protective case as well.

Great features and love the voice broadcast!
This monitor is super simple to use right out of the box. The backlit screen is large and crystal clear, and the voice announcement feature is excellent for anyone with limited vision. It charges quickly via USB and the 199-memory split for two users is perfect for keeping data organized. It’s compact, lightweight, and comes with a nice hard case to protect it.

Nice and compact, effective, must have wrist at heart level, support arm with pillow
I was impressed by the effectiveness and ease of use of this wrist blood pressure monitoring device. The device comes in a nice compact design with a case. This is really a nice feature compared to other blood pressure cuffs that go around the upper arm because those are larger and harder to store.The blood pressure readings seem to be fairly accurate. I use the wrist blood pressure device and then I used an arm blood pressure device and the readings were within five mm Hg of each other.It took me a little bit of time to figure out how to use the device correctly. It is very important that blood pressure device is put on the left wrist and that the left wrist is at arm height. The instruction manual had some pictures that were a little misleading because they didn’t show something under the arm to support it. I would recommend making sure your arm has something under it to support it like a pillow so that the wrist is at heart level without having to hold your arm in place for the most accurate readings. However, the instruction manual is helpful for learning how to use the different features of the device.Some neat features of this specific device are that it will state the blood pressure readings via audio and compare them to the WHO standards. Also, the LED screen is easy to read and can be useful for taking blood pressure measurements in dimmer light.Overall, I found this blood pressure device to be a nice alternative to standard arm devices because it is more compact, easy to use, and has some extra features such as how it shared the results audibly.

Accurate, easy to use, comfortable and very economical
iHome Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor Rechargeable Digital Voice Broadcast LED Backlit BP Machine 199 Memory Storage My husband struggles with high blood pressure. We have a really reliable blood pressure monitor but we were looking for something a little smaller and easier to use. This wrist monitor fits those requirements and more. First of all it’s very easy to use. The instructions are straightforward, simple. I like that it’s rechargeable, no more expensive battery changes. The display is large and easy to see, that’s very important because we’re both elderly. Also, if by chance you can’t see the display, it has digital voice broadcast that gives you the Systolic, Diastolic and your pulse rate. It also has dual user memory, I can keep up with my BP readings without interfering with his. It’s also very lightweight and comfortable. Last but certainly not least, it’s very accurate. I compared the readings, several times, to my other monitor, which I have taken to my doctor on previously visit to check its accuracy, it’s right on point. This is a very good BP monitor at a very reasonable price and I do recommend it. However; I do recommend taking it to your doctor to make sure you’re using it properly and are getting accurate readings.

Easy to use but less accurate
This wrist monitor is much easier to use than my usual arm one. It’s conveniently USB C rechargeable and stores readings for 2 separate people. However, I notice the readings usually run a little higher than normal compared to my arm blood pressure monitor. This is because wrist monitors are very sensitive to the positioning of your arms and wrist. You kind of have to lay your arm down on a table and angle your wrist up so it’s exactly at heart level. This results in different readings if you don’t get the positioning correct.

Quality blood pressure monitor
This is a really nice BP monitor. It has a large colorful 3” display that is clear and easy to read. This can keep memory for 2 different users. The loud voice result reader can be turned off for privacy. You get the bp cuff, a nice carrying case, a 19 3/4” charger cable, instructions and the box it comes in. I like that it uses the “WHO” to determine your results. The cuff itself measures 2 3/4” wide x 12” long. It seems quality made and durable. A good value imo.

Easy to use!
This wrist blood pressure monitor is super simple to use. I love that it talks to you and says your reading especially for people who have vision problems or don’t understand what the numbers mean. It was accurate to what my blood pressure normally is. The instructions were simple to follow. I appreciate the price as well for such a great product. Very convenient and useful
This blood pressure monitor is very convenient due to its size and a useful device to have in your medicine cabinet.First off, the display is large and very clear, which makes reading the information an easy task. However, what’s even best is that this device not only displays the information with added color cues, but also a speaker will read off the information, and what’s even better, you won’t have to consult the web to understand the readings as the same voice will give you additional information off of your vitals based on World Health Organization database.The cuff is comfortable and easy to put on. You do, due to the type of reading it does, have to keep your wrist at heart level, as doing it below or above, or even slight movement, can give off incorrect readings. This perhaps could pose a limitation for those that have tremors or limited limb mobilityIt also does come with a convenient storage case. My only complaint is that the case is not large enough to store the User Manual that comes with it, as it does offer some great information both on the usage and the readings, so I would advise on keeping it. I just had to fold it in half and force it into the case.Lastly, the fact that this has a rechargeable battery is a plus, as our older blood pressure monitor uses 4 AA batteries and as it is always the case with life, whenever we needed it, it always was out of batteries and then we’d have to scramble to look for batteries around the house.All in all, a very useful device to have at home to keep track of your health.

Easy to use but not the most accurate
I’ve been using at home blood pressure devices for a few years which has really come in handy as I have syncope issues and had to be monitored early postpartum for blood pressure spikes. Now, onto the good about this version. It’s lightweight and easy to use, instructions are clear, and it vocalizes your results so it is convenient for someone who may have issues with vision. The bad though, is the results are potentially off. I regularly have some fluctuations up/down in either direction if I sit and take my BP over and over, but these results were a bit outside the scope of my regular results. When I compared it with my trusty BP cuff version, that one was much more accurate. It wasn’t dangerously different, but if you need complete and total accuracy, this one isn’t quite there yet.

Easy to read, tells you your results
This is so easy to use. Just pop it on your wrist (not like a watch, the other way around so the main part is on the inside of your wrist) and hit the button. I tried it a few times in a row and it was fairly consistent. So far I’ve not had to recharge the battery on it either! I really like how easy-to-read the display is, and that it tells you with a little colored bar how good/bad your results are. It speaks them to you too, and follows it up with “According to the World Health Organization….” and tells you if you fall into moderate high, mild hypertension, etc. It’s very useful to me to hear that because I never know what the parameters are for these things. Quick, Easy, Totally worth it!

Life saver
I truly love this thing. As I’m getting older. I like the fact that I’m able to monitor my blood pressure and with something I know is accurate. Plus it stores up to two users readings. It’s extremely easy to use. And it cost a fraction of what most of those big brand ones cost.
